ABOUT

L.E.A.P. is the Community Action Agency for Washington County. We support individuals and families in attaining self-sufficiency by providing services, sharing resources, and through community collaboration. Our organization lets the individuals and families seeking our aid define what is needed in order for them to become successful. Then our staff helps to determine a plan of action that is specific to the goals of each individual.

L.E.A.P. offers services in four major categories: Head Start, Employment, Transportation, and Emergency Assistance. Through these programs we work with almost every demographic across the county. To receive most of our services individuals must meet various eligibility standards including income-based and residency criteria.

Monday-Friday; 8:00-4:00; closed all major holidays and school breaks (Head Start programming only)
