ADK Wellness Connections: Responding to COVID-19

In light of these challenging times, we wanted to share with you some of the steps Unite Us is taking to help partners in the ADK Wellness Connections network and all networks adapt to COVID-19 (if you haven’t already, you can read the letter from their Co-founders here).

If any of your organization’s programs, staffing, hours, or capacity have changed due to COVID-19, you can submit an Organization Update Form to make any necessary changes to your organization’s profile and keep other users up-to-date. This will help to ensure accurate referrals are sent to network partners and no organization is sent referrals they cannot support as they continue serving the community. In addition, UU has a Customer Support team available from 9am-10pm EST at support@uniteus.com or through the live chat feature in the Unite Us platform.

If you are working with a client who needs services as a result of COVID-19, some of the services you may want to search for in the network are: Emergency Food, Emergency Housing, and Emergency/One-Time Financial Assistance. Unite Us will also be taking additional steps in the coming days to support you all in serving your communities, so please stay tuned.

You can also reach out directly to AHI’s Community Engagement team, Nancy Gildersleeve, Executive Director, DSRIP Operations/Fulton PHN (ngildersleeve@ahihealth.org), or Victoria Knierim, Community Engagement Facilitator (vknierim@ahihealth.org), with any ADK Wellness Connections needs or support.
